Tiffany A. Donaldson, Esq., is the President of HBI’s Board of Directors and a business and intellectual property attorney. She is the founder of Donaldson Legal Counseling PLLC and Trademark Prospector LLC. She gained experience in non-profit leadership as a former President and Board member of the Greenwich Village Chelsea Chamber of Commerce. 

Emmeline Ha, MD, FAAFP, is the Vice President and Secretary of HBI’s Board of Directors. She is a Family Medicine Physician and Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Lydia Tang, MD, BCh. Serves as the Treasurer of HBI’s Board of Directors. She is also an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Human Virology, University of Maryland School of Medicine.
